When morning came and everyone awoke they all were suprised when they saw Souji in your tent with him standing next to you. You told them how your blood was able to help him become a full demon and that it brought him back to life. They all became happy that Souji was back however despite being happy that Souji was back alive Sanosuke and Hijikata felt sad at the sametime since they knew that they could never have a chance with you now. Well over two weeks past since then and there was still no sigh of Seijuro but that still did not make you rest easy since you knew he would show up. Souji though wanted to leave since he still hasnt forgiven Hijikata to what happened to Kondou but since you werent going to leave, Souji didnt either so he just tried to avoid Hijikata as much as possible. For Sanosuke he was still injuried and was bedridden most of the time while you and Chizuru took turns tending his wound while Hijikata and Saito ordered soldiers and did plans for attacks against the enemy they fought. While Chizuru was busy serveing food to Hijikata, Saito, Sanosuke and the others you had allready eaten and wandered off to train with your sword but not to far since it wasnt safe to do that since you never know when Seijuro would show up or if a enemy might appear. As you were swinging your sword around and cuting stuff that you put up you didnt notice that Souji had come up behind you and wrapped his arms around you making you drop your sword as you turned your head to the side to look at him with suprise on your face since you didnt sense him. Souji saw the suprise on your face and smiled. "Are you that suprised that you didnt sense me Sayori heh I guess that means I really am a demon just like you.'' "Yes you are how ever next time you should be alittle more careful other wise I might end up by mistake stabbing you with my sword if I become suprised again.'' Souji laughed softly at your remark. Souji held you closer as his eyes became gold and his hair became silver. Before you could ask why he did that, Souji grabbed you by your wrists as he turned you around while he had you fall to the ground with him on top of you. "Hey Souji what do you think your doing get off me.'' "Nope.'' Souji said with a smile on his face and a tease look in his eyes. "Hmm so if im in this form  can even over power you which means I can tease you anytime I want just to make you embrassed.'' "Huh your doing this just to embrass me?'' "Yep and it seems to be working since your face is becoming red, does me being on top of you like this make you embrass Sayori?'' You tried to glare at Souji but couldnt since you were embrass at him being so close to you so all you could do was close your eyes and turn your head to the side. " You heard Souji chuckle. "You really are cute Sayori.'' You opened your eyes and looked at Souji to tell him to stop teaseing you when you saw that his eyes and hair had gone back to normal. You also noticed that Souji was looking at you with such love and warmth in his eyes. "I love you so much Sayori.'' "Souji.'' You wispered while your heart skipped a beat. Souji leaned his face closeto yours as he closed his eyes and then he kissed you. Warm feelings filled your heart and as you kissed him back you could feel through his kiss that Souji felt those same warm feelings. Once your and his lips parted you placedyour hand o nhis cheek whilelooking in his eyes. "I love you as well Souji and when this is all over I look forward to always being with you.'' Souji laughed softly as he sat you up while he sat up as well and he hugged you as your head rested against his chest. "I look forward to it as well Sayori plus there is also someone who I would like you to meet if I can ever meet that person again.'' "Hmm who is that?'' "Heh thats a secret but when you do meet that person you will be suprised.''You looked at Souji confused since you didnt know who he could mean. Souji spoke again. "Do you really think you will be able to kill Seijuro when he shows up?'' "It will be hard for me to do it but I know its what he wants since he asked me before he became a monster, I really dont want to kill him but I have to.'' Souji felt you shaking having him hold you closer. "I will be there for you Sayori so you dont have to do it alone and suffer alone.'' "Thank you Souji.'' "Once this wholething with Seijuro is over with are you plann ingon faceing Kazama next?'' "Yes and this time I wont run a way, I will kill him with my own two hands, I will make him pay for everything he has done.'' "Yes he does have to payfor bertaying like he did and for killing Shinpachi and Heisuke.'' "Yes in any event could you please let go of me now so I could get back to my training.'' "Heh nope I still want to keep holding you.'' You gave an annoyed look to Souji and was going to yell at him to let you go but you didnt get the chance since Souji silenced you with a kiss.
